Patti Mauree Pendleton was born in Butte, Montana, raised in California and resides in Columbus, Ohio. Patti was three years old, when her mother received a call from the hospital, stating her father died of a ruptured kidney. That moment, Patti’s life changed forever. Her mother was a foreigner in the United States and now alone with two small children. The situation was extremely overwhelming which brought her mother to alcoholism and made the bad choice of deserting Patti and her brother in a motel room.
Patti was diagnosed with depression at age 3. Yet in the midst of her diagnosis she was baptized at the age 5. Patti started the long journey of foster care placement. She was tossed around like a rag doll until finally adopted at age 13. Patti experienced thoughts of suicide and didn’t understand why she was alive. Patti dropped out of school as she began the road to self-destruction. She began spiraling out of control making extremely poor choices that would carry into adulthood. She found herself alone with three children, enduring abusive relationships one after another. One day, Patti received the worst news from doctors. The doctors informed Patti, her youngest child had a life threatening cancer and would not make it. She never gave up hope, even though, suicidal tendencies crept back upon her once again and unhappiness swallowed her whole. Patti dropped to her knees in despair.
She made the decision for Christ and was reborn at the age of 30. Christ changed her life. The unhappiness and years of depression left her immediately. Through her mistakes and severe pain through life; Patti began her journey back to the cross. She received her GED, continued her hard work, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership/Ministry and Master’s Degree Theological Studies through Ohio Christian University. Patti founded Rescue Ministries International, a disciple based ministry. While, seeking a deeper relationship with Christ; The Seven Laws of Discipleship, The Ultimate Guide for Spiritual Transformation was born. Contact Patti here.

Neal holds a double Master's Degree in Education (Elementary and Special Education); a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, and a degree from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Neal is certified in Quantum-Touch™ levels I and II (QuantumTouch.com). He went on to extend his understanding of energy and quantum, through extensive personal research and countless hours of live trials and application. Neal has maintained his own private Holistic Energy Healing practice since 2010. He was also on the staff of the Integrated Care Program, at Women & Infants Hospital, for the oncology ward.
One of Neal's aims is to help others realize they are so much more than what they have been told, taught and/or programmed to believe; that our perceptions, often fueled by messages or propaganda beyond our own truth, dictate much of our reality. Neal believes the measurements of human capacity are incomplete, and his personal experiences in energy healing prove this belief. He ultimately wishes to help remove the veil that has shrouded human potential for far too long - "we are unlimited beings; deep within, we are magical, powerful and beautiful, in myriad ways."
Narrated from the future through a journal left by the two men, Last Whispers of War details their profound journey through the desert, with little water, few resources, and bitter cultural-religious dissent. The novel explores the extremes
of the human condition that exist in us all, our misconceptions, relative differences, and the best that we
are capable of: peace and harmony. In their turbulent trek the men are haunted by their lives away from war,
while mystery engulfs them. Their inner and outer worlds drastically change, and cosmic events offer clues to
what awaits them at the end of the desert.

Jason McGlynn has lived in the Atlantic City area and has worked for the FAA as a Technical Publications Editor for ten years. He attended Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia where he earned a B.S. degree and a MBA in management information systems. While Jason is quite successful, his life got off to a rocky start. When Jason was born in the coal fields of West Virginia, the doctors diagnosed Jason with cerebral palsy and told his mother to forget about him because he would be profoundly retarded, basically a vegetable. Jason has been determined not to allow his struggles to stop him from living a full and productive life. Living with cerebral palsy is hard enough, but it is even more difficult when you do not have an earthly support system behind you. With the exception of his dear mother, he has always felt like a leper. Often people ask Jason how he has managed to overcome the many adversities of his life and why he has such a positive outlook. Jason attributes his success to the three things in his life:
1. His God, who is not only at his side every step of the way, but who also gives him the determination and will needed to face whatever obstacle comes his way. The Bible verse, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me," has always sustained him and given him the strength to do whatever he needs to do.
2. His mother, who is his best friend and role model. She has been there for him in every way imaginable. Not only has she dedicated her life to ensuring that he has had every opportunity possible, but she has also inspired him to write Divine Towels.
3. His writing, which is Jason's greatest passion. When Jason becomes quiet and asks the Holy Spirit to fill his heart his speech is no longer an issue. For the Holy Spirit blesses him with an incredible gift and tells Jason word for word what to write. The words the Holy Spirit gives him are inspired; they are intended for a troubled world that desperately needs to hear them.
Heather Gray writes contemporary, western, and regency Christian romance as well as devotions. Because she can't make up her mind about what to do. She is the author of the Informal Romance contemporary series, Ladies of Larkspur western series, Regency Refuge series, and a couple of inspirational stand-alone titles. Discover more about Heather's books on her website: here.
Heather loves coffee, God, her family, and laughter – not necessarily in that order! She writes approachable characters who, through the highs and lows of life, find a way to love God, embrace each day, and laugh out loud right along with her. And, yeah, her books almost always have someone who's a coffee addict. Some things just can't be helped.
Despite being born into different eras, Heather's characters share a common trait. Like her, they're all flawed - but loved anyway. Being a Christian does not mean your life will be perfect and without trouble. Life will be just as hard for you as it will be for anyone else. As a child of God, though, we are promised certain things: God will never abandon you. God will never forsake you. God will never leave you to face life's troubles alone. God will give you peace and comfort whenever you ask for it. God will love you through every trial you face. God will welcome you back with open arms anytime you wander away from Him. God will be as much a part of your life as you want Him to be. That is just the tip of the iceberg, read more about what this Christian author believes: here.

Therese Heckenkamp, Christian fiction author of Frozen Footprints, After the Thaw, and Past Suspicion, has been writing stories since before she could spell. Born in 1981 in Taree, New South Wales, Australia, Therese arrived in the U.S. on her second birthday. Her mother is from Australia and her father, an American, served as a Ranger in Vietnam from 1968-69. Therese has one older brother, Jerome, and two younger sisters, Monica and Cassandra.
Growing up homeschooled, Therese enjoyed plenty of opportunities to read piles of books and pursue her writing dreams. She completed the first draft of her first published novel (Past Suspicion) the summer before she attended college. After graduating from UW Waukesha with an Associate of Arts and Science degree, she continued working as a baker and cake decorator before marrying in 2007 and becoming a stay-at-home mom in 2008. Therese lives in Wisconsin and is now a mother of five (three on earth, and two tiny babies cradled in God’s loving care).
Past Suspicion and Frozen Footprints have both reached #1 Bestseller in various Amazon Kindle
categories, including Religious Drama, Religious Mystery, and Inspirational Religious Fiction. Despite
the challenges of finding time to write, Therese is a member of the Catholic Writers Guild and squeezes in writing whenever she can manage (and sometimes when she can’t). She dreams up new story ideas at night and hopes to write many more novels in the future.
