Patrick Higgins is the author of "The Pelican Trees", "Coffee In Manila", "The Unannounced Christmas Visitor" and the award-winning prophetic end times series titled, "Chaos In The Blink Of An Eye." The first four installments have already been released. The fifth installment will be available late Fall 2016.
While the stories Higgins writes all have different themes and take place in different settings, the one thread that links them all together is his heart for Jesus and for the lost. With that in mind, it is his wish that the message his stories convey will greatly challenge you not only to contemplate life this side of the grave, but on the other side as well.
After all, each of us will spend eternity at one of two places, based solely on a decision either to accept or reject Jesus this side of eternity. God's plan of salvation through Christ Jesus is made crystal clear to each reader of his books. Higgins is currently writing many other books, both fiction and non-fiction, including a sequel to "Coffee In Manila", which will shine a bright, sobering spotlight on the diabolical human trafficking industry. It was the weekend before Thanksgiving. More than 100,000 fans were jammed inside Michigan Stadium, on their feet, to witness a heated football rivalry that had spanned more than 100 years. As the football was kicked into the snow-filled sky, they were about to get the shock of their lives, as long-foretold Bible prophecy came to pass before their very eyes, causing many to vanish into thin air without a trace.
But what they soon realized was that it reached far beyond Michigan Stadium. Chaos of unimaginable proportions ensued worldwide. Shock, fear and panic filled each heart and mind. It was just the beginning of things to come, as life as humanity had known it was forever changed in the blink of an eye...

It is the story of someone that did not know his destiny, but followed it with unfaltering step, bound to his human companion, not by vows or paper, but in the name of the trust that was the best part of his nature. It is a story of the one that taught her to love, even as he occasionally barfed on the carpet. It is the story of rambunctious trespasses and the loving trust that bound a lonely road warrior and a dog together in unspoken understanding. It is the tale of a black Lab named Barkley. It begins in the 1960's as the author is growing up---dogs becoming part of the family. But it is only after many years of living alone following heartbreak; that Barkley finds his way to Ms. Johnson. In a wholly-unique and uplifting new memoir, Johnson tells the deeply-personal story of her life and experiences with a Labrador Retriever named Barkley. It's not just a story of one woman and her dog; but a bold journey to discover what love really is, and why learning to live like a dog gives humanity a powerful new meaning.

Under a newly passed civil rights law, single young schoolteacher Vanessa Anderson is charged with a hate
crime for counseling a troubled student who wants to abandon her lesbianism. At first Vanessa, a committed Christian, is strongly supported by her church, friends, and others close to her. But as media sensationalism
heats up and brands her as a bigoted fundamentalist homophobe, her supporters abandon her to protect themselves. With the full weight of the state against her, Vanessa’s case seems hopeless until highly successful attorney Brandon Locke, an ex-boyfriend from college days, offers to defend her. The only problem: he’s agnostic.
The author, Paul Miller, raised by Godly parents, is from a small Ohio town. Paul is married to his wonderful wife, Christy, and has two incredible daughters, Hannah Katherine and Gwenyth Irene (thus
the KathIrene Kids). He has studied God's word in Ohio, New York, and Alberta, Canada, and desires that all would read and love the Scriptures, abide in Jesus, walk in the Spirit, and glorify God. Paul has chosen to use the pen name of Olin Edward James, as Paul Miller is a very common name and there are already one or more Paul Millers who are Christian authors. "Olin" is the name of Paul's grandfather (his dad's dad) who died a couple years before he was born. "Edward" is the name of one of his father's brothers. Paul's middle name is Edward, named after his uncle, who died while serving in Korea during the Korean War. "James" is the name of Paul's father, one of the greatest Christians Paul knew, and who recently went home to be with Jesus.

Come back in time 900 years, to the fierce and desolate Northern lands, where Norsemen ruled with ax and sword. A dying king, a shocking death-wish, his heirs divided with an oath of blood . . . In this fast-paced
new novel by the highly popular Susan Peek, the conflict unfolds between Magnus Erlendson, a heroic young prince aflame with the love of God, and his outlawed cousin Hakon, who blames Magnus for his banishment
from their kingdom. What follows is a tale of betrayal and revenge, bravery and forgiveness, as Magnus
seeks to restore his father’s vanquished kingdom to its rightful hands. Entertaining and inspiring from start
to finish, a must-read for all those who thrill to learn the life of a saint we never knew existed.
S. M. "Rocky" Henriques is the author of several books on Amazon, including "12 Surprises of Heaven," and "The Stupefying Grace of God." He has pastored churches in Mississippi since 1979. He received a Master of Divinity degree and a Doctor of Ministry degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
Rocky has two adult children and two grandchildren, and lives in Mississippi with his beautiful wife Sharon, a rowdy parrot named Kermit, and two spoiled dogs named Gabi and Emmy.
It is my joy to wholeheartedly recommend "12 Surprises of Heaven." This book was thought provoking and spiritually inspiring. It caused me to see some aspects about heaven that I had never realized before. It also
gave me a greater appreciation for what our Lord has prepared for all who know Him. I am thankful for the
fact that Dr. Henriques continually set forth the one and only way to heaven—by faith and trust in the
Lord Jesus Christ. This book will bless and inspire all who read it, and I give it my full
and complete endorsement. --Evangelist Gary M. Bowlin.
